I just retired after 35 years with South Salt Lake Fire. We had just left the scene of the accident and were pulling into the station when we received the call of a trooper down. Life Flight was dispatched and everything possible was done to save Joey Every year on that faithful day I say a prayer for Joey and his family His humor, smile, and dedication to serve is missed. A brother gone to soon.
