Officer Davis was killed when his patrol car was involved in an automobile accident.
Officer Davis had been with the agency for two years.
Walter, you were the father of my mother, Paula D. You died when my Mom was only 3 years old, trying to keep the citizens of Baltimore City safe. I was never able to meet you in person. I only have photos and stories from my family, to tell me what kind of Grandfather you would have been to me. Thank you for protecting the city I was born and raised. You are my hero and I love you. One day we will meet for the first time and it will be wonderful.
