Captain Cooper and Sergeant James Wouters were shot and killed while participating in a drug raid at a mobile home in White City. A third officer was wounded but survived. The suspect was shot and killed.

I miss my uncle. I remeber going to his martial arts competitions when I was young. I remember when he loved the beach and surfing. We had moved from Florida when Cara was born. The last time I talked to him was that call being so excited his daughter was born.
