Today is 23 years that you were taken from us James. I promise that I will work tirelessly with all my strength and with last breath to get the NYPD Cold Case Squad to priortize your case ad to finally bring the perp(s) responsible to trial and conviction. I stay in contact with your Mom and she is a wonderful woman and we hope that this the year we all get closure. I always say that if the cicumstances were different you would be my choice as our first Chief of Department.
