James, I have never forgotten your dedication to the HHC Police especially your leadership. Today is 25 years since your were taken from all of us. I promise that as long as G-d always me to continue breathe and battle the illnesses that have befallen upon me I will not stop until the day comes that the perp(S) responsible are finally arrested and convicted.
