Lieutenant Primitivo Casiano-Jusino was shot and killed while responding to a call on Calle Doctor Lopez in Fajardo, Puerto Rico.

Lieutenant Casiano-Jusino was a U.S. Army veteran of WWI and had served with the Puerto Rico Police Department for 25 years. He was survived by his wife and two children.

My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
