Sergeant Williams was killed in a single car accident on Jane's Scenic Highway while returning from a call to investigate a suspicious aircraft, believed to be used by smugglers. Sergeant Williams' patrol car left the roadway and struck a tree.

Sergeant Williams had been with the agency for almost 17 years. He was survived by his wife, four children, sister, and two brothers

It's a few days away from the 26th anniversary. I can't believe you've been gone so long. Your newest grandbaby will be born in 2 months. I really wish you were here to meet her and all of your other grandbabies. You would have been a wonderful grandpa and I'm truly sorry none of them had the chance to know you.
