Bruno, I met you in 1976 or 1977. You had not been on the Fort Worth Police Dept. very long and I was working for Saginaw, Texas Police Dept. You loved law enforcement so much that on your days off you would come to Saginaw and ride with me while I was on duty. I can't remember the first time I met you but it just seemed we were always friends and I really enjoyed your company. I must admit you were sometimes hard to understand, especially when you got a little excited. I remember when you were struck by the hit and run driver but I never realized how serious it was. I kept intending to go see you in the hospital but I thought you would be getting released soon. Before I knew it I heard you had passed away from the injuries. I am so sorry for not coming to visit and have asked myself all these years why didn't I go? I am sorry I didn't. and when we meet again I can apologize face to face.
Rest In Peace my brother
