View all 5 ReflectionsOfficer Phippenney, while your assailant seems to have ultimately escaped justice here on earth, he surely faced a higher court and higher form of justice somewhere else at a later time. Please know that no passage of time will ever erase your memory, service and more importantly your sacrifice and you will always be remembered. Rest in peace always.
