Dave Break

Marshal Break was shot and killed after stopping a suspect drunk driver. After Marshal Break found one pint of whiskey in the car the man shot him. When the suspect was cornered by a posse he killed himself.

City Marshall Dave Break was my great grandfather. I have only met him thru his son Ernest Break, my grandfather. His character was surely admirable, as many traits of my grandfather sound familiar to the Marshall's. I want to thank him for his service and sacrifice for the City of Florence.
