Billy we miss you brother! You were taken way to early my friend. Billy was a dedicated servant of the law and a great friend. Billy lived with me and family for a short time and was like an uncle to my children who still remember him as a loving friend. Billy its hard for me to type this sitting next to Kim but always know you are not forgotten my brother, thank you for being the friend you were to us. Rest well my friend, we have the watch and I know you are riding shotgun with me!
