August 14th, 2012 will always be present in my mind. So many years of good memories and great friendship! To see you laying lifeless on that afternoon was the most difficult scene I had experienced in law enforcement. Your duty on earth is over and you are now in a better place. Wilfredo, than you for so many years of laughter and smiles! You will be missed always. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE AND LOYAL FRIENDSHIP. We will meet again....
