Director Julio La Rosa suffered a fatal heart attack while exercising as part of his agency's physical fitness program. He was conducting his morning workout routine in the agency's gym when he suddenly collapsed.

Direct La Rosa had served with the Internal Revenue Service - Criminal Investigation for 20 years. He is survived by his wife and two sons.

Hi. Since my husband was murdered on duty in 2008, K-9 Officer Joshua T. Miktarian, I have helped make Christmas ornaments for Fallen Police Officers with my husbands Police Department, Twinsburg Police in Ohio.
With that said, I need to get Mr. La Rosa's ornament to his family. I cannot get an address for him. I've even tried calling people in DC with no one being able to get me an address for him. I dont need the families home address, but perhaps an address for a work location for the ornament to be forwarded to them. If you need to confirm this story, please call Chief Chris Noga at Twinsburg Police Department or myself Holly Miktarian at . I hope someone reads this and can help me.
