Patrolman Carpenter - Allow me to share my regrets that you were almost forgotten. That should never happen. In this information age, we're fortunate to correct some of these oversights. Thank you for your service to the people of Denver and the state of Colorado. May God grant you eternal rest and may His perpetual light shine upon you.
