Dad, your service was an inspiration to me to get started in law enforcement and to try to be an upright and professional officer. Watching you suffer for the two years with the Lyme's disease and seeing the toll it took on your body was difficult, but you never gave up, even working at a local Sportsman's Event on the afternoon before your death. Thank you for all you taught me and through your values and work ethics.
