Donald Young Grant

Policeman Donald Grant was fatally injured from a blow to the head while attempting to make an arrest of an intoxicated subject. He died the next day.

The 21-year-old suspect was arrested, convicted of manslaughter, and sentenced to five years in prison.

Policeman Grant was survived by his wife, son, daughter, two sisters, and brother.
