Around 2:00 p.m. Motorcycle Officer Hugh S. Fuller was en route to a vehicle accident at Ninth and Broad streets. Just one block from the accident scene he struck the side of a motorist making a turn in the intersection of Ninth and Bluff streets. When I came across this family member and found out what had happened, I could not let it go.
For your Mother, your Wife and all those that knew you, I am so thankful that I took the time and followed through. You deserved nothing less and I can only hope by giving this small part back to you, that it may bring you and them some peace
