I am the 14-year-old son mentioned in my father's page. Now 73. My whole life was change that tragic September 30, 1966 event caused my 53 year old father's heart exploded after being beaten with his own nightstick over the head twice breaking his glasses by 5 thugs. Once the melee was over my dad reached down noting they broke my glasses and collapsed, the town Doctor noted later that as his heart just exploded he was dead before he hit the ground.

I understand the event and have chosen to live my life as what my father taught me over the almost 15 years i had with him. He died 12 days before my 15th birthday,
I am grateful for having those cherished years,
The town of East Bridgewater will be honoring my father with memorial May 17, 2025 in East Bridgewater in front of the Police Station and Town Hall. The link below will give more information.
