Hey Brother,

I think about you often, and as I sit here typing this, the small tears well up in the corner of my eyes. It's hard to imagine you're not here, but it's comforting to know that you are in heaven and living the life that we will all live one day, when our time comes. It will be 13 years tomorrow, my mom woke me up with a phone call to share the devastating news of your collision and untimely passing. I had just got home from working my graveyard shift and only been asleep for an hour or two. I thought I was having a dream when she called.

We shared some great times as kids growing up together, playing endless amounts of basketball, and attending school together at Anderson and Chandler High. We shared the same birthday, March 7.

We visited your gravesite when I graduated motor school at Tempe PD and whenever I am at the cemetery, I always walk over to give you a quick visit. We definitely wont forget you buddy, love you always. Ryan
