I was a TSA Security Manager at Detroit Metro Airport from 2003 to 2006. We had the pleasure of assisting Ed and his team on a handful of Diplomatic Security Details. He was one of the people you only need to meet once and you know you will never forget him. The second or third time you work with him you consider it a learning session. The fourth and fifth time you work with him you know you have made a true friend. He is missed and not forgotten.
