I can still remember my first time getting into a patrol car. You were my FTO, you looked at me and said"well, laddie, are you ready, you got some big shoes to fill?" My old man was gone when I got the job. But, you kept me under your wing and kept me straight. You filled in for him and I'll never forget you for that. To this day, I still think "what would KB do" when I find myself faced with a tough decision and, to this day, it works every time. I'm looking at a picture of you, me and Joe on that detail at Bally's/Sands. It seems like it was only yesterday.
You are missed and you'll never be forgotten.
