Deputy Billings may you rest in peace in the arms of Our Creator who made heaven and earth and fine young and strong public servants of honor, integrity and humility. Too young to be taken with a family and a fiancee. Destiny lies in God's amazing graces. It's where heroes and heroines like yourself, Deputy Philip Guy Billings sleep soundly where no harm will ever come your direction ever.
