View all 232 ReflectionsPhilip was my youth leader at a Spanish church that used to be on Oakland park near 441 called ICC International Christian center that’s right I said Spanish , Philip learned to speak Spanish very well. He influenced the youth in so many ways I can’t even begin to describe. Philip had a pure heart even till this day I have tears in my eyes thinking of how great he was with us. When he pulled up in his squad car he would show us his equipment we would all be so intrigued heck he even inspired me to want to become Swat until they took him from us. I was 13years old when the tragic event happened I’m 32 years old now and still reflect on his greatness. When we heard the news we were all broken and devastated, I still am. We love you dearly Philip. Miss you my boy.
