Ptl. Baxter, I have been struck by a motor vehicle as well while on duty, it's not fun but my injuries were minor. How tragic that many lives are lost by this type of incident. No doubt the 11 years you gave to the Boston Police Dept. were quite honorable and you were missed greatly. You have not been forgotten and I thank you for your service to the citizens of Boston and the Commonwealth as a whole.
