Dick we have a special kinship with Shawn. You were my partner in 1 IOS working boosters and we worked together in Armed Robbery. We shared some after work drinks and you and I and Shawn lived together. We were both Vietnam veterans and loved the work we did. Even continuing with different police departments after we left Detroit. I think about you a lot along with the other 42 officers who died while I worked in Detroit. I know that you and my son are watching over the rest of us.
