Bill,
We miss you and honor you!
We had our yearly gathering at the Henrico Police Memorial yesterday. We had Chief Middleton, 30 plus officers and staff and 40 new recruits officers standing is the misty rain in your HONOR! Members of the Motor Unit and others gathered after the ceremony to toast you with coffee in the same style styrofoam cup you use to drink out of. Sorry no one brought a cigarette. We can thank Brother Gary for bring the coffee and cups. Norm and I will visit you at the Police Memorial in DC in May. RIP, Brother.
