Correctional Officer Immer was killed when his cruiser was pushed into a pond after being struck by a gate which was rolling in the road. Officer Immer died of head trauma.
I recall the night you ended your tour of duty as clear as if it were yesterday. I will not forget and you are definitely not forgotten.
