Mike was my neighbor and my friend. I remember the first day he arrived at Bryce Canyon and when he came over to introduce himself to me. I have never forgotten that day nor the many evening campfires we had with the other friends we made that summer at the park. Mike was so much fun to be with and he drew people to him with his charismatic personality.

I have thought of him often over the years and he will remain in my thoughts for years to come - till we meet again.
