Joey,
I worked along side of you at PPD as a dispatcher for 4 years from 1980-1984. As a "green" dispatcher it took a while to earn your respect but once I did, we became friends. Small departments allow you to really know and appreciate fellow coworkers and for that I am so grateful. I knew of your love of family, friends and fishing. I will always remember your laugh and that great whistle of yours as you walked down the hall towards briefing. Even now I can see your smiling face. You are missed but never forgotten. Rest In Peace my friend, and say hi to Howard for me.
