Hello Brian. It's been twenty years this past summer since your passing. I remember reading about it in the newspaper and the your sister Jenn told me. I then went to Mercy Medical Center ICU to see you. Jenn took me back and I will never forget seeing you lying in the bed. The next day July 22, 1996 I remember Jenn telling me the angels had come to take you to heaven. I remember you worked for me on my birthday in May of that year at the hospital. I attended your calling hours and I laid one of my extra badges in your coffin; Akron General Medical Center Officer #15. I attended your funeral the next day at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church where your mother took me over to your open casket one more time to say a final goodbye. I still think about you; as you were a great man and officer.
