Detective Davis suffered a fatal heart attack while officially representing his agency in the Texas Law Enforcement Special Olympics Torch Run. He was just beginning his leg of the race when he collapsed.

Harvey was a great friend, I love the time we spent Hand loading Bullets, and Firearms Training. He was a great family man, and a true Lawman! I miss him hope his family is doing fine!
