Officer Thomas Toohey suffered a fatal heart attack while conducting a reverse sting of drug dealers.

At 1415 hours, he collapsed and was immediately taken to a Hartford hospital. Officer Toohey was pronounced dead from a massive heart attack.

He leaves behind a wife and two children.
