I had the honor and privilege to serve alongside Chuck at the police Academy as Firearms Instructors and we easily established a friendship. Chuck gave me a neon orange Firearms Instructors hat one year which I still have and cherish to this day in his memory. I remember that fateful day when he was killed on I-95 and I remember offering my condolences to his mom at the funeral home. I can still get choked up thinking about his untimely and tragic death. RIP and god Bless you my friend with all the angels in blue. May you watch over and protect all the brave brother and sister LEO's that still walk the walk.
