Sergeant Kubala,

I was just 12 years old when you left this world. Sir, I didn’t know you or even understand the situation that happened at the time but after reading the reflections of others and seeing their love and respect for you I wanted to show my respects for your service and dedication to the citizens of Sumter County. I was born and raised in Sumter and I am sure that you impacted my life in some way or another and I want to say thank you. Sir, you are not forgotten. Rest In Peace Sir, we have the watch.
