View all 30 Reflections many years have passed by. I was in my my last few months as a student in the X-ray school in our little community hospital on the night you and fellow officer Ptl. Ales hire lost your lives. I could never forget that night as long as I live. I also remember Officer Holmes' son coming into the ER asking for his dad. I had gone to high school with him and my heart was broken for him. Now I am a grandmother and recently retired from my medical profession and I still remember like it was yesterday. You will never, never be forgotten.
