I think of Rich often. We attended the CHP Acdemy together and were good friends as well as partners. After his EOW, his family presented me with his motorcyle jacket and I was honored to wear it while assigned to motors. Rich was a great partner and an honorable man that served the citizens of California proudly. Unfortunately, over the years I lost touch with his daughters. I still possess Rich's motorcyle jacket and would be pleased to pass it onto the family. Girls, don't hesitate to contact me.

Rich, you will always be remembered my friend.
