Bobby was setting in his car writing a report at Charlton and Bull St. when Leroy Bailey came out of the bushes and shot him in the left/back of the head. Stuffed his body half under his unit and stole his gun and badge as proof so he could be leader of the Bandalaros street gang. Bobby was found by Officer Al Murray, (now deceased).
