"Chuck" , we will soon be dedicating part of Interstate 70 to you and your ultimate sacrifice in protecting the citizens and travelors of the State of Ohio. There are many people who helped make this happen, but most importantly one of your co-workers from back then, Trooper Ray Scharf. Thank you Mr. Scharf.
