Chief Jimmy Tolson was shot and killed by an irate motorist as he sat in city hall. The suspect fired a shot while driving past the location.
I am Claude Flinchum daughter. It has been 31 years since you paid the ultimate sacrifice that my dad paid it has been 30 years that he paid the same thing he spoke highly of you and that you were a good friend rest in peace .
