Game Warden I.L. Todd suffered a fatal heart attack as he returned from conducting an investigation of a poaching incident. His vehicle became stuck in a snowdrift and he suffered a heart attack while digging out his vehicle.

Game Warden Todd had served with the Montana Department of Fish, Wildlife and Parks for 18 years. He was survived by his wife and four children.

It's been 51 1/2 years since my Father died and I still miss him like crazy. He was a gentle man and nearly every person he arrested or gave violations to became his friend. He was a great game warden and spent many hours above and beyond the call of duty.
I appreciate this page for honoring our fallen law officers.
