Operative Henry Thomas succumbed to injuries received approximately one month earlier in a vehicle crash in Sanford, North Carolina, that occurred on July 21st, 1936.
He suffered a fractured pelvis in the crash and died from complication of the injuries on August 17th, 1936.
Operative Thomas was the Operative in Charge of the Charlotte Field Office in Charlotte, North Carolina. He was survived by his wife.
