Sergeant Terrinoni was a great example of a Police Officer. I was a young Police Explorer at the time. I remember him like it was today. Great smile and very friendly. I remember him letting us us his Police Car once for patrol. Our Explorer Unit wasn't available at the time. He was very caring. He will be truly missed. RIP Sergeant.
