Captain Arriola, on this 33rd anniversary of your murder I wish to thank you for your service. I applaud that you prevented your murderer from ever harming anyone else and yet mourn what it cost. After all this time, no doubt your family sometimes feels like it was just yesterday. I feel in my heart though that they never really lost you and that you are there on this Valentines Day, watching over them and they know it.

God Bless and may you forever Rest in Peace, Brother.
