Patrolman Swartzlander,
On today, the 34th anniversary of your death I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for the citizens of Bremen. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy. It sickens and disgusts me that the two POS's that ran you down and murdered you are not still in prison-at the very they should've got Life with no parole.
