Special Agent Abram was shot and killed when he and other agents conducted a search of a house St. Louis, Missouri, for illegal guns and drugs. Agent Abram was entering the house with members of the St. Louis SWAT team when the suspect opened fire, striking Agent Abram. Special Agent Abram was able to return fire and kill the suspect.
Special Agent Abram had served with the agency for 14 years. He was survived by his wife, three children, mother, brother, and sister.
