I came to work with the Bartow County Sheriff's Office in Sept, 1984 19years after you were killed in the line of duty. I was new to Bartow County and had not heard of the tragic way you had died, but almost as soon as I was hired by the Sheriff, the story of your death was told to me. I've been with Bartow County 31 years it's been 50 since you death and we are still talking about that night. You are not forgotten.
