Frank, you and I patrolled the streets and backed each other all the time. Partners on the street and friends for life. Our squad: Sgt. Ron C, Cpl. Dennis M, Denny C, Julia C, Dave W, and me had our hearts broken at the loss of you, our brother. You were an incredible deputy, person and friend. Missed regularly and never forgotten. Continue to rest in peace and I know you are in a place were cops don't need to make arrest, and I know your watching football from the high seats. God Bless you my brother!!
