Suspect Info: Apprehended Officer Rusinko was shot and killed while on duty. Officer Rusinko was attempting to stop the robbery of a taxi which he witnessed. The killers later shot and wounded Hamtramck Officer John Mickley as Officer Mickley arrested the men.
