John Hall Rowe, Jr.

Deputy John Rowe was killed when he was intentionally struck by a vehicle at a roadblock on I-75. Florida officers chased a semi-truck across the border into Georgia when Deputy Rowe and other deputies set up the roadblock. The driver of the truck intentionally struck Deputy Rowe at the roadblock. The suspect was convicted of murder and sentenced to 60 years, but was released on parole after serving only 11 years.

Deputy Rowe was survived by his wife and two children.

To my Wonderful Brother who was there for me good and bad times we shared so much together. It's been 30 years now and a day never goes by that I don't. Think about you. as I did follow in your foot steps I to give 20 years of being a deputy. Now I'm retired from it.it's hard out there now our Society is gone from good to bad .I know you and mom and dad and Wanda are not hurting anymore .we love yall so much God bless for the time I had with each one of you.
