Deputy Sheriff Rosenbalm,
On today, the 33rd anniversary of your death I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for the citizens of Tarrant County. And to your Family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy. It took another 16 years but your murderer finally got the justice that he deserved.
