Officer Thomas Phillips was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver. He was survived by his daughter and son.
To my brother that I dearly love. You would be so proud of your two children. They have grown up to be fine young adults. You did something right. Julie is married and has a beautiful son name Ashton "Thomas". Brian is now a New Orleans Police Officer. I pray for him all the time. Your partner Bobby is now a capt. and is Brian's boss. Brian and Crystal have a son as well. His name "Thomas Michael Phillips" in honor of you. Can you believe it two grandsons. We miss you so much. I'm so proud to say you are my brother. I love you sister Janet
