Man I miss you. We had many great times at SEB. After all these years I am still telling Ruly stories. Many of the Ruly-isms I have adopted and they live on, like; "If I told you once I told you a million times don't exaggerate". You were a great cop, a great Special Weapons Team partner, but most of all a great friend. Love you Ruly....

Joanie and family,
I thank you for your sacrifice of time away from Ruly so I could know Him...
